Commercial Pressure Washing
Storefront, sidewalk, parking lot, and dumpster pad cleaning for Polk County businesses
Commercial properties get judged at the curb. A clean storefront, walkway, and parking lot tells customers the operator cares; a dirty one tells them the opposite. We work after-hours or pre-open for restaurants and retailers, on schedule for property managers, and on contract for HOAs. Single visit or recurring.

Common questions about commercial
Can you wash our storefront after hours?
Yes — most retail and restaurant clients prefer 5 AM or post-close service. We carry the lighting and equipment for night work and there's no upcharge for off-hours scheduling.
Do you do dumpster pads and grease zones?
Yes. Dumpster pads and back-of-house grease zones are a regular part of our restaurant and retail accounts. We use degreasers rated for food-service environments and dispose of wash water properly.
Do you offer recurring monthly contracts?
Yes — HOAs, property managers, and shopping centers usually run on monthly or quarterly cadence. We send a calendar of visits in advance and invoice net-30. Pricing is more favorable on contract than per-visit.
Are you insured for commercial work?
Yes — we carry $1M general liability with commercial property work specifically endorsed. Certificate of insurance available immediately on request.
