Fence & Wood Cleaning

Restore wood, vinyl, and aluminum fences without splintering or stripping

A grey, mildewed fence ages a property fast. Wood fences in Florida grey out from sun and grow algae from humidity. Vinyl yellows. We restore both — wood fences come back to a clean tone, vinyl returns to white, aluminum loses the chalky residue. We use the right pressure for the material, every time.

What's included

  • Wood fences cleaned at the correct pressure to avoid splintering
  • Vinyl and aluminum fences soft-washed for a uniform finish
  • Optional wood brightener for cedar and pine fences (restores warm color)
  • Algae and mildew killed at the root, not just rinsed off the surface
  • Linear-foot pricing — easy quotes
  • Sealer / stain prep available before refinishing

Common questions about fence cleaning

Will pressure washing damage a wood fence?

It will if you use too much pressure — wood splinters and the grain raises. We use a lower pressure for wood and let the cleaning agents do most of the work. The result is a clean fence without the fuzzy, raised-grain finish that high pressure leaves.

Can you clean a fence before staining?

Yes — fence cleaning before staining is exactly the right call. We use a wood brightener that opens the grain and removes the grey, then leave it to dry. Stain or seal applied within a week of cleaning bonds far better than over a dirty fence.

Does the cleaning kill plants growing along the fence line?

We pre-wet plants and rinse them after. The detergents are biodegradable. We've cleaned thousands of feet of fence line over flower beds without losing plants.

What does fence cleaning in Lakeland cost?

Wood and vinyl fence cleaning typically runs $1.50 to $3 per linear foot, depending on height and severity. Most quarter-acre Lakeland yards run $200 to $400 for the full perimeter.
