Will the cleaning chemicals affect my pool water?

Can you clean a screened lanai without damaging the screen?
Yes. Screens are soft-washed at very low pressure with a mildewcide that breaks down algae without forcing water into the seams. We don't pressure-wash screens directly.
Will pressure washing damage my cool deck?
Not if it's done at the right pressure. Cool deck has a textured topcoat that high-pressure washing will chip away. We use a low-pressure approach with a surface cleaner where appropriate. Done right, the texture is preserved and the deck looks new again.
