Remove the black tiger-stripes from gutters and restore the original white finish
Those black vertical streaks on the front of white gutters aren't dirt — they're a chemical staining called electrostatic bonding, and a regular pressure wash won't touch them. We use a specific gutter brightener that breaks the bond and restores the original color. While we're up there, we also clear the inside of leaves and debris.

Common questions about gutter brightening
Why are my gutters black even after a pressure wash?
It's an electrostatic stain, not surface dirt. Tar and asphalt particles wash off the roof, get charged by friction, and bond to the gutter face. Standard washing slides past it. A specialized gutter brightener reverses the bond chemically and the stain comes off — often dramatically.
Should I get gutters brightened before or after the house wash?
We typically do both in the same visit. Gutter brightening first, house wash second so any drips end up on a freshly-washed surface. Combo pricing is more economical than booking the two separately.
How often should gutters be cleaned in Lakeland?
